Utility Warehouse announce that they have been awarded a 5-star rating by Moneyfacts Group for both the Home Insurance and the Home Emergency Cover products.

Full Fibre broadband also known as Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) is now available. This will be available to compatible properties provide speeds up to 300Mbps.
Not all properties are Full Fibre-compatible at the moment, and many older properties will only have the option for our Standard, Ultra or Ultra+ broadband. We will be extending Full Fibre to more properties early next year.

UW’s parent company, Telecom Plus plc has been awarded Best Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Multi-Utility Provider (UK) 2020 by CFI.co
"Telecom Plus has pledged to plant a tree in honour of each new full-service customer - and hopes to plant 100,000 trees by 31 March 2021. That would create a woodland area equivalent to 100 football pitches, with an absorption capacity of 20,000 tonnes of CO2. Telecom Plus supports additional CSR initiatives - including Covid relief and plastic pollution education - through its non-profit UW Foundation. The CFI.co judging panel presents Telecom Plus with the 2020 award for Best ESG Multi-Utility Provider (UK)."

The UW Foundation works with Charities Trust to focus on the things our customers, Partners and employees feel most passionately about.
Plastic Oceans UK is the next charity to be supported by the Foundation. So, from 1 October 2020, any fundraising will help to combat plastic pollution, break habits and enable more informed attitudes and behaviours towards plastic use and disposal.
